Cruise Ticket
1.When purchasing tickets, passengers must show their
valid passports or other valid travel documents. The ticket
is valid only for the passenger whose name appears on
the ticket and is not transferable. The ticket will be
void if it has been mutilated or altered.
2.With valid tickers, passengers are entitled to take
the cruiser specified on their tickets. The cruise fare
covers accommodation, meals on board and shore excursion.
Any expenses on beverages from the bar, laundry, hair-dressing,
postage, medical treatments, massage, shopping and other
things for personal use will be paid by passengers themselves.
Cancellation
1.Cancellation requests received within 45 days of the
initial sailing date will be subject to the following
charges, regardless of cabin resale: 44-30 days prior
to your initial sailing date:USD100 will be charged; 29-15
days prior to your initial sailing date:50% of the total
fare; 14 days prior to your initial sailing date, or no-show
at the time of sailing,100% of the total fare.
2.The ticket is valid only on the sailing date of the
cruiser specified on the ticket. If a passenger wishes
to change the cruiser and its voyage date, the request
must be made 14 days before cruise departure for the next
sailing, and such a change is allowed only once. Service
charge for the change is USD100. The request will not
be accepted if cabins are fully booked. In case of a no-show
after the passenger has changed his ticket, the ticket
will be treaed as cancelled according to the original
ticket date. |
Liabilities and
Insurance
1.Cruise corporation is liable to compensate the passenges
for personal injury or death caused by the fault of the
cruiser during the period from embarkation at the departure
dock to disembarkation at the destination dock. The compensation
shall be made in accordance with the relevant regulations
issued by the Chinese government.
2.Passengers are not allowed to carry in their carry-on
baggage dangerous articles, such as inflammables, explosives,
corrosives, poisonous and radioactive materials as well
as arms, sharp or lethal weapons.
Public Order
For the benefit and security of passengers, all passengers
shall obey the security regulations and public order as
set by the cruiser. The Captain is entitled to carry out
his rights and perform duties on those who violate or
ignore the regulations intentionally.
Statement
1.Every effort is made to the published schedules. But
in case of force majeure factors, such as flood, special
water-level, extreme climates, plague ,etc, cruise reserves
the rights to cancel or regulate sailings, to change the
schedule or scenic spots, and hold no lisbility for compensation.
However, cruise will make every effort to transfer the
passengers to an alternative vessel, if a sailing were
cancelled due to force majeure factors.
2.It is taken as certain all passengers have read the
above information and have no objection to the stated
items before the purchase of tickets. |
